What’s a Residents Association (RA)?
RAs promote active lifestyles and enhance the quality of life for residents. They do this by offering tailored events and programming for all ages and abilities.
What is the role of an RA?
The primary role of the SRA is to create a sense of community and togetherness. The non-profit organization achieves this by offering programming and events, and performing maintenance and landscaping in key areas throughout Starling.
Your association, your vision
The Starling RA fosters community engagement and nurtures a sense of belonging. As a resident, you automatically become a member of the Starling Residents Association and have the opportunity to volunteer for the Board of Directors.
What is the cost?
Encumbrance fees will be $300 per year. They will be applicable to all residents when RA operations begin.
What is a maintenance RA?
A maintenance RA does not have a physical facility within the community. The Starling RA is a maintenance RA that will use parks and green spaces for programming, and will offer enhanced maintenance, resident communications and other enhancements as priorities arise.
The Starling RA website will be live and available soon. Check back regularly to discover more about connecting with the SRA.
